What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter yoga is a modern exercise involving prolonged voluntary laughter. It was created by indian Doctor Madan Kataria 26 years ago. It is a diffirent way to connect laughter than we are used to. It is getting the benefts of laughter and creating joy in our lives. This type of yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides similar physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. It is usually done in groups, with eye contact and much playfulness between people the laughter becomes real.
